We’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our studio full-time and help craft outstanding digital experiences across web and marketing touchpoints for some of the most exciting tech startups in the US.

About the role
This role is for someone who loves the web, cares deeply about visual quality, understands UX and UI fundamentals, and enjoys translating ideas into beautiful, functional digital pieces, from websites and landing pages to social ads and presentations.
You’ll own visual projects end-to-end, from kick-off to launch, shaping websites and key marketing pieces with guidance from our creative leadership and future Art Director.
The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Argentina. Mar del Plata is a plus, as it’s where our studio is based —though the role remains fully remote. Most of our team works in GMT-3 (ART), and our clients are mostly based in PT, so some daily overlap with both time zones is expected.
What you’ll do
Design high-quality websites, landing pages, and digital experiences
Create visual assets for marketing: social media ads, presentations, and key brand pieces
Translate briefs, strategy, and user needs into clear, effective visual solutions
Balance speed and quality, with a strong focus on execution and tangible results
Lead client calls, presentations and design reviews. Clearly explain your design decisions and process, and turn client feedback and user needs into actionable solutions
Use Slack, Notion and Figma daily to communicate and push pixels
Experiment, explore, and contribute to the team’s creative growth
¿Make jaw-dropping websites?
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in visual or digital design roles
Strong experience working independently on projects end-to-end
Great portfolio showcasing web design and digital visual work
Passion for designing for digital and tech-driven companies —being a bit nerdy about technology is definitely a plus.
Solid understanding of UI and UX principles. Product experience is a plus, not a must
Use Figma like a pro
Sharp visual taste and the ability to confidently stand behind your design decisions
Strong communication skills
Fluent English for day-to-day communication with clients
