About the role

You’ll work with top-tier clients like Vercel, Coinbase, Mr. Beast, and Cursor, which means the bar is high —both visually and technically.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft and is ready to rise to the moments that demand more, because the work we do isn’t average.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers and developers, learn from each other, and help raise the bar for everyone around you.

The position is fully remote. Most of our team works in GMT-3 (ART), and our clients are mostly based in PT, so some daily overlap between the two time zones is expected.

What you’ll do

Build high-quality, performant web experiences from design to production.
Collaborate closely with designers to translate visual concepts into polished, pixel-perfect interfaces.
Implement complex layouts, responsive systems, and high-quality UI interactions.
Contribute to improving our frontend architecture, tooling, and best practices.

Tech Stack

Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of application architecture, state management strategies, and performance optimization.
Complete understanding of Next.js ecosystem, including React Server Components, App Router, and rendering strategies like SSR, ISR, SSG, and PPR.
Experience working with data fetching, caching strategies, route handlers, revalidation, and streaming.
Strong command of Tailwind CSS and modern CSS fundamentals, with the ability to implement clean, pixel-perfect UIs, complex layouts, and smooth UI interactions.
Experience integrating headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Payload, with a focus on modular and scalable architectures.
Experience building animations using GSAP and/or Motion.
